READ MOREIn April 2017, the University of Guam staff participated in the Delivering Excellent Customer Service training conducted by the Watson Training and Development. After the training, a UOG Customer Service Task Force was created with the goal of identifying necessary action items as well as developing the University of Guam Customer Service Standards, which will be used to guide our day-to-day interactions with university customers.
Taking care of all customer groups is key to business success. Investing the time to create service standards, and holding employees accountable for adhering to standards, is a basic management practice that should be incorporated into a structured performance evaluation process.
